Complaint (suit) to assert the civil rights of every American to protection from actors (defendants as stated) acting under “color of law.” Actor (defendant) John Hagee describes himself as a “Zionist” (Ref: San Antonio Express News); and frequently expresses “from the pulpit” of a registered “tax-exempt religious” organization—Cornerstone Church-- his Zionistic agenda/goal of political/military domination in certain Middle Eastern geographic locations and further expresses legitimacy for such statements because of his own interpretation of so-called “Christian Zionist” doctrine/literature—for instance often referring to “the Bible.” Actor (defendant) George Bush, President of the United States, did use the words “Islamic-fascist” (Ref: Washington Post, Friday, August18, 2006) …Such “hate speech” by a “State actor” acting under “color of law” violates civil rights of every Muslim or any other person respecting religion of Islam. Ref: Declaration of Independence—“all men are created equal” U. S Constitution First Amendment “Congress shall make no law …respecting the establishment of religion” U.S. Code Civil Rights Chap. 42 Sect. 1981, 1983... .under “color of law” John Hagee, similar to above defendant --President George Bush, has also used the words “Islamic-fascist” or “Islamo-fascist” in his official capacity with the above named non-profit organizations. Because of John Hagee’s official capacity in organizations that enjoy ‘privileged relationships’ with the United States government, his Zionist agenda/goals violate the tax laws and regulations of our nation and therefore the privileged status under said laws of above named non-profit organizations must be revoked. Plaintiff further alleges that broadcasting on Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulated frequencies is further violation of the civil rights of all Americans. Because of the ‘special’ relationship that John Hagee has vis-à-vis the above stated non-profit organizations, a citizen of our own state or a citizen of any other state anywhere in the world could certainly assume that a radio/telecommunications broadcast or any other form of audio/visual/media communication subject to U.S. government regulation would be under “color of law.” Christians United for Israel (CUFI), an organization that works to influence U.S. policy, has vowed (under the leadership of John Hagee) to be even more effective than AIPAC (American Israel Public Affairs Committee). It is clear that individuals such as John Hagee know “no boundaries” when it comes to undermining the principles so clearly authored during America’s Revolutionary inception and cherished for more than 200 years of American democracy. Finally plaintiff alleges that all defendants may have acted in unison, under “color of law,” to grossly manipulate American public policy.
